This course aims to help you understand and familiarize with the characteristics and principle of operation of the semiconductor devices which include diode, bipolar junction transistor (BJT), metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) and heterojunction devices.
The knowledge obtained throughout the course will serve as the stepping stone for students to become an expert in both academia and industry in the field of microelectronics.
