This course explores individual and group behavior in organizations. Using recent research to explore practical questions relevant to managing successful organizations, students will learn about individual issues including attitudes, personality, and motivation; and group factors such as teamwork, communication, leadership, and power. Equal emphasis is placed on learning the relevant concepts and theories, applying them to personal real life situations, and analytical thinking/critical analysis skills.
