This course covers two big questions: first, what determines economic agents? investment decisions, and second, how are financial assets priced. Major topics include:
- mean-variance analysis
- capital asset pricing model
- valuation of bonds, stocks and derivatives; and (4) life cycle portfolio choice. We also cover basic concepts in corporate finance.
