Chinese Medicine Maintenance

This course aims to introduce students to the fundamental theories, principles, and practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health cultivation. By exploring concepts such as 'holistic harmony,' 'balance of yin and yang,' and 'preventive healthcare,' students will learn how TCM interprets health, disease prevention, and lifestyle regulation. The course integrates classical theory with practical applications to enable students to apply evidence-informed TCM health strategies in daily life and basic health guidance contexts.
