This focus of this module is on psychology of sport and physical activity. The module is designed to provide students with an understanding of how psychological variables influence participation in sport and physical activity. The main focus is on the key motivational perspectives of exercise and sport but advance topics such as children in sport, burnout, psychology of injury and exercise psychology will also be covered.
