The course is designed to teach students to write effectively, think critically, and scan the environment for audience perceptions and market changes that affect the reputation of a corporation or person. Students Jearn how to conduct public relations research, listen to different stakeholders, understand issues in the macro-environment, develop newsworthy messages, write effectively and pitch persuasively to the media.
