This course aims to introduce you to the R programming language. As biological data becomes increasingly digitized, basic programming skills for the purpose of analysis and graph generation are useful. By the end of this course, you should gain a basic understanding of programming fundamentals, and be able to deploy this in both the design and implementation of computer algorithms. You should also be conversant in R syntax, and be able to write simple programmes.
