This course aims to introduce you to the emerging legal, ethical, and economic issues associated with FinTech, including blockchain, crypto-currencies, crypto-assets and Artificial Intelligence tools in FinTech. This course provides core legal and policy frameworks for business and applied computing work in these environments by focusing on the relevant legal and ethical regimes. The course is grounded in the law, but encompasses interdisciplinary perspectives pertinent to the legal, regulatory, ethical, finance and technological issues.
