This course is structured to provide a concept (understanding different dance elements and terminology) and practice-based understanding of dance, specifically jazz and dance sport. Basic movement activities including locomotor movements, use of space, use of dynamics and original dance patterns. Social dances include Samba, Waltz and Cha-cha.
