This course aims to give you comprehensive knowledges on the relevant physics and principles used in designing lasers. You will learn principles of lasers, laser techniques, basic laser cavity designs and laser applications in industry, medicine and scientific research. Mathematical representations will be used to study the laser principles and dynamics. Engineering and practical considerations will be introduced to understand laser cavities and laser applications in industry and medicine.
