Biomechanics is the study of a biological system by means of mechanics. This module introduces the basic mechanical concepts and principles that govern human movement. The aim of this module is to enable participants to perform qualitative analyses of human movement using basic concepts of mechanics and anatomy. Basic quantitative analysis will also be introduced to allow participants to evaluate numerically the nature of the movement.
