Translation Histories Theories Principles
The objectives of this course are to introduce the history and principles of translation relating to Singapore and Sinophone communities. This course will enhance bilingual language competence, interpretation power, comprehension ability through the decoding and recoding process of translation relating to Sinophone cultures. This course is suitable for those who have interest in language matters, translingual practice and bilingual learning.
