Each of the lectures has both an academic and a practical module, to allow students to understand change, the management of change as an applied behavioral science, the concepts of perception and reality and the theory of communicating change. Each of the tutorials tests the students' knowledge and understanding of the academic aspects of the subject covered during the lecture and allows the students to test their knowledge by means of individual and group work on case studies, in some cases with the assistance of guest lecturers
