This course has a dual purpose: to provide essential knowledge and skills for systems analysis and to learn about effective management of IT projects. Thus, students will be exposed to various activities of systems analysis, the most critical phase of an IT project, along with the fundamentals of IT project management including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
At the end of this course, students would be able to identify and analyze business process related problems, and redesign business processes. At the same time, students would be equipped with essential skills and know-how to manage an IT project.
