Delectable Tongues Language Food

In this course we will tackle the multifaceted relationship between language and food in various social and cultural settings around the world. Students with little or no background in linguistics will acquire the basic linguistic knowledge and critical thinking skills. The course introduces important linguistic, anthropological and sociological concepts that every young educated intellectual should be familiar with, regardless of their major.
