The introduction of International Law to China in the 19th Century signifies China's acknowledgement of such international regulations and thus, brings deep impact to its traditional diplomatic relations. With the International Law as an outline, this course shall aim to explore historical disputes between China and its neighbouring Asian countries, explain conflicts of sovereignty, and provide a strong foundation for students' understanding of international affairs.
