This course aims to support you in learning about the basic reliability concept, statistical aspect of reliability and data handling, various failure mechanisms in integrated circuits, and relevant reliability tests. The knowledge you learnt in this course would enable you to gain a good understanding of reliability and failure mechanisms of integrated circuits, which is required by the microelectronics industries.
