In this course, you will learn the application of technology in human resource management to improve the delivery of HR programs and activities to enhance the employee experience at the workplace; how technology enables the rapid and accurate access of data to generate metrics and workforce analytics to help management make better decisions on its human capital; and how to harness the talent and motivation of an organization's human capital through strategic performance management.
