The Strategic Projects in Sustainability (SPS) course aims to provide an enriching, interdisciplinary, and future-ready curriculum that equips students with the knowledge and capabilities to address the grand challenge of sustainability in an increasingly complex and globalised world.
SPS is a one-week overseas experiential learning component under the NBS Global Leaders Programme. It offers NGL scholars the opportunity to work in teams on real-world sustainability challenges faced by companies across the ASEAN+China+India (ACI) region.
Each SPS project is carefully curated to expose students to authentic sustainability opportunities and issues across diverse industries. Guided by course instructors, faculty mentors, and the sponsoring company, students will conduct research and analysis to develop innovative yet practical recommendations, culminating in a final presentation to the company.
