AY2017/2018 Semester 1

This course aims to develop knowledge, understanding and playing competency in the various forms of rugby football namely, tag rugby, touch rugby and contact rugby. The basic techniques, tactics and strategies will be learnt and applied in practice and match situations and analysed from theoretical, practical and biomechanical perspectives.
