Hockey as a game may seem ?strange and unfamiliar ?but actually it has many similarities to other sports. This course will enable students to learn the game of hockey in a fun manner. It pays particular attention to safety and will enable participants to enjoy the skills in a simple yet enjoyable manner. By the end of the course participants will be more aware of field hockey as a sport which can be enjoyed by all ages and all levels of ability.
