AY2015/2016 Semester 2

1. To provide knowledge, understanding, and appreciation to the game of volleyball. 2. To develop satisfactory competency in basic skills such as body posture, forearm pass, serve and serve reception, overhead pass, attack, block, and game situational strategies. 3. To provide contents and methods required to teach volleyball at an introductory level. 4. To provide experience in game situations and officiating the game. 5. To be familiar with offensive and defensive strategies and able to execute them in game situations 6. To provide understanding of the teaching/coaching techniques 7. To lay a foundation for more advanced study/coaching in volleyball.
