Knowledge of aspects related to physical conditioning and weight training will be essential for students who plan to work in the fitness industry. The practical course on conditioning for physical fitness will equip our students with theoretical and practical skills to meet the needs of potential clients in fitness gyms and resorts. The course is 36 hours' duration.
