Management Of Sport Organizations

This course uses the essential topics and concepts of organisational theory to understand the underlying objectives and perspectives of managing sport organisations. Students will develop from the course broad understanding of the nature of sport organisations, leadership, planning, problem solving and decision making and issues in managing sport organisations.
