The objective of this course is to examine how physical activity and inactivity influences a number of health and disease outcomes. The course content will: Describe the evidence linking physical inactivity with several common health conditions. Understand how to assess common health conditions. Examine how physical activity can be used in the prevention and treatment of a number of health conditions.
