Foundations Of Motor Behaviour

This introductory course introduces key concepts of motor control and learning, with a strong emphasis on experiential learning via practical experience of skills learning. The course comprises of components such as the degrees of freedom problem, theoretical paradigms, process of learning, and instructional strategies related to motor skills learning.
