Foundations Of Engineering Leadership

To be successful in an unpredictable world of work, engineers will need to be capable of more than diagnosing technical problems and generating technical solutions. Engineers will need the ability to lead themselves, lead others, and even lead the business, as they progress in their careers from individual contributor to corporate leader. This foundation course focuses on leadership as a process of influencing self and others for some greater purpose. It helps you to understand your own leadership style and how you can have more influence in your daily lives. It gets you thinking about ?some greater purpose? and what part you can play in achieving what is important for you. The course is intended to be FUN as this will help with learning both leadership concepts and skills.
