This course aims to equip students with essential professional skills for the dynamic VUCA world. 1. Career Insights and Competencies: The course aims to provide students with a deep understanding of essential skills and competencies necessary for success in their careers. Students will gain insights into industry-specific requirements, professional behaviour, and effective communication. 2. Self-Assessment and Design Personal and Professional Lives: Students will evaluate their values, interests, personality traits, and skills through self-assessment tools and activities. The aim is to empower them to design their personal and professional lives intentionally, aligning their aspirations with their abilities. 3. Job Search and Career Development Skills: The course aims to equip students with practical skills related to job searching, networking, resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning. Students will learn how to navigate the job market effectively. 4. Conflict Resolution and Ethical Decision-Making: Students will develop the ability to identify, manage, and resolve workplace-related conflicts.
