The purpose of this course is to study some topics in combinatorics and their connections with other branches of mathematics and theoretical computer science. Content Recursions and generating functions. Partitions and tableaux. Designs, Latin squares, combinatorial designs and projective geometries. Extremal combinatorics, asymptotic analysis.
