Psychology In The Workplace

Psychology has practical applications to the workplace at the individual and organisational level. Organisational culture and development, employee motivation and leadership, team dynamics, work satisfaction and organisational influences on work behaviour are covered in this course. Special emphasis is placed upon organisational behaviour in contemporary Asian societies.
