Contemporary psychological research utilizes highly sophisticated quantitative methods both for data description and for making inferences from the results leading toward theory building. Quantitative Methods in Psychology, building on the foundation laid in HP102 and HP200, introduces the student to the more complex and recent quantitative techniques used in psychological research and measurement. Topics covered include multiple regression, multivariate analysis and psychometrics.
