Public Administration Past Present Future

This course aims to provide an overview of the classic literature on public administration. The course develops understanding of the major and most influential theories of public administration. It also promotes critical thinking about what constitutes good governance and how practice can be informed by theory. As governance permeates most human activities, the course may be of interest for those who wish to expand their knowledge on how government functions, regardless of whether they would like to pursue a career in the public sector.
