Building on the fundamentals learned in Graphic Design I, this course aims to further develop a personal design process and focuses on the implications of the what (message), how (communication method) and who (audience) of design. Projects address varying client types and messages, examine the effects of aesthetic, cultural and historical references, and establish an understanding of the relationship between context and content in creating appropriately sensitive communications.
