AY2014/2015 Semester 2
Building on the basic knowledge and experience gained in Typography I, this course aims to further awareness of typography as an expressive medium that carries personal, aesthetic and social meaning. Students are encouraged to develop their personal typographic voices while applying typography as a device capable of making the written language visible and effective. Projects explore applications of the grid, typographic imagery and the sculptural aspects of letterforms.
