Product Design Ii
AY2014/2015 Semester 2
The course continues from Product Design I and consolidates the idea of embodied interaction. Through lecture and projects, students will explore a range of object types as well as the relationship between function, behavior and form. The course allows the student to do a "hands-on" research by getting out into the real world, observing, and understanding how people actually use products. Students create prototypes of their own hand-held digital devices to explore the ergonomic as well as the physical mapping of issues involved.
