The course will cover three phases of campaign assessment as follows: a)Formative Research - To understand the types of formative research and target audience, and the role research plays in formulating campaign strategies and programming b)Campaign Evaluation - To evaluate campaign strategy and messages, use of communication channels and publicity tools (including collateral designs), and campaign outcomes vis-`-vis campaign objectives c)Producing Results - To find ways of collecting data that can show the effectiveness of a campaign. To use SPSS for data entry and producing figures and charts. To learn and apply basic statistical tests.
