Issues In Public Relations

Critical thinking...effective communication,,,problem solving...creativity...coordinating with others...judgment and decision making... These are all skills that are considered crucial in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Coincidentally, they also happen to be skills that, for many years, have been considered crucial for success in public relations. In this course you will learn about the history, the ethics, the failures as well as the successes of public relations by reading, analyzing and synthesizing principles from case studies that illustrate different dimensions of public relations problem solving.
