Research process: literature review, research questions and hypotheses, design and implementation, analyses, and presentation of findings. Interpretative/critical methods: historical, rhetorical, and critical. Qualitative methods: in-depth interview, focus group, and participant observation. Quantitative methods: survey, content analysis, and experiment. Research ethics.
