Learning Objective This course is designed to provide the theory and practice of change management in the context of new work environment. It introduces change management at advance level as students learn the multiple perspectives in managing organizational change. Eclectic change management models and readings are used in teaching essential change pathway such as develop business case, diagnose change readiness, formulate change plan, manage change resistance, monitor and measure change effectiveness. The learning process shall enable participants to develop critical change agent competencies such as communication, negotiation, interpersonal and critical thinking.
