This course will cover the contemporary theories and practices on Total Rewards Management from the perspectives of HR professionals. It will primarily focus on the process of designing an internally aligned and externally competitive total rewards package to attract, retain and engage talents. Besides this, the course will also cover topics like, performance management, Work-Life Balance, expatriate compensation, and other related issues that might impact on total rewards related decisions.
