Strategic Hr Management Consulting

AY2019/2020 Semester 1

This course is for second year students specializing in human resource consulting (HRC). The course objectives are as follows: i) Review of basic human resource concepts and practices ii) Develop strategic thinking for working in HR environment iii) Develop HR consulting skills for HR projects in corporations. The course uses corporate examples from professors? corporate experience, case studies based on real world scenario, simulation of real world environment through participation in seminars, group work and discussions, to effect the knowledge transfer to the students.
