This course seeks to equip you with the skills to communicate effectively in professional business contexts. Career success is often the outcome of constructive workplace relationships and productive collaboration within or across teams. Entrepreneurs, employees as well as self-employed individuals must harness communication skills in order to articulate ideas to customers, suppliers, government and other organisations in the business ecosystem. This course provides you with an introduction to communication principles and theoretical frameworks, which will be applied to written and oral communication, small talk, and social media communication.
