This course aims to introduce students to a range of theoretical and practical philosophical issues from the perspectives of Chinese Philosophies and Anglo-American philosophies.
This course is suitable for students who want to learn how to approach philosophical topics from different cultural perspectives in a philosophically rigorous manner.
By the end of the course, students will have a sense of the complexities involved in working out a philosophical theory because of many different implicit philosophical assumptions different philosophical traditions adopt.
